This policy explains how long we retain your personal information and the circumstances under which we may delete it. We are committed to keeping your data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Retention Periods

Interest List Data

We retain your personal information for the following periods:

  • Active Retention: Until the Mortgage Barcamp event concludes
  • Post-Event Retention: Up to 1 year after the event for follow-up communications
  • Maximum Retention: No longer than 2 years from the date of collection

Website Analytics Data

Analytics data is retained according to the following schedule:

  • Google Analytics: 26 months (automatically deleted)
  • Server Logs: 30 days
  • Performance Data: 90 days

Deletion Triggers

We will delete your personal information in the following circumstances:

  • You request deletion of your data
  • You unsubscribe from our communications
  • The retention period expires
  • The Mortgage Barcamp event is cancelled permanently
  • We determine the data is no longer necessary for our purposes

Data Deletion Process

When we delete your personal information:

  • We remove your data from our ActiveCampaign account
  • We delete any local copies or backups within 30 days
  • We confirm deletion in writing if requested
  • We maintain a record of the deletion for audit purposes (without personal data)

You have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your personal information at any time
  • Request information about what data we have about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Opt out of future communications

Exceptions

We may retain certain information longer than the standard retention periods in these cases:
